I paid for royatv plus but still alot of the shows still don’t work keep buffering I hope you fix the problem

اولاً التطبيق بطيء اشتركت عشان نحضر وطن عوتر و وجلطة ومش نازل عل تطبيق بس وبتصل وببعتلهم ما بردو

I enjoy Roya programming but I don’t read Arabic. Please support an English app

Yesterday I purchased the plus membership for 20$ and connected my tv successfully! But it doesn’t open anything !!! It says no compatible source was found for this media !!!! I want my money back, please!

اسوء تطبيق بمر علي بالحياة كل ما تسوي سكب ١٠ ثواني بطلع اعلان وبعد الاعلان بعلق وببطل يشتغل بتطر تطلع من الحلقه وترجع تشغلها ويرجع يطلعلك اعلانات حلقه مدتها ٢٠ دقيقه بتقعد ساعه الا ربع تحضر فيها جد افشل تطبيق بمر علي بحياتي ولعلمكم تلفوني ١١ برو

I cannot log in to Roya on Samsung TV. I tried multiple ways but still can't log in. Now I can’t watch Roya on TV since the YouTube live stream is no longer available. Please fix this problem to get a 5 stars rating.

I paid for the Plus 3 times but it’s not working

A couple of updates ago the live streaming and all the video stopped working. Whoever is doing this software update and beta testing is not doing a good job at all. For a good TV like this to allow such a bad app it's really a shame.

I paid for the Plus tier using Apple Pay but videos are still not playing and asking me to pay subscription again. When I try to do it again, the App store says I am already subscribed ( and emailed me a receipt). Please fix your App. I contacted Roya to fix the problem but received no response. I will be reporting this to Apple.

كل يومين بتعملو تحديث و ع الفاضي تعليق مستمر و اذا قدمت شوية بالمقاطع او رجعت شوية بعلق لازم اطلع من التطبيق و تدخل من اول و جديد .... والله والوحد قرف حاله من هالتطبيق التعبان هذا

Since recent updates from couple of months ago, it is impossible to watch live tv due to the repeated ads which keep popping up and cannot be removed once they have been watched..... Please fix this problem !!

Bad application and not respond

App keeps crashing after Choosing live broadcasts and closing adds

بتضلكو عرب جرب. زبطوا الأخطاء بالآب الفاشل. حاول يا creators اللي اصلا من الصين يشتغلوا تصحح المشكلة بالتسجيل أو بال login.

When I go to the website through the broswer there is no problem logging in, but when I try to login through the app it doesn’t let me log in. I hope you guys fix this issues soon! Great website and great content by the way!

Last couple months I was able to watch and stream the show on my tv,but when Ramadan starts there was a new update once I downloaded it all videos don’t work. I hope you guys can fix the problems. Thanks

This app isn't working for me. It wont download any videos or clips. Only Ads!

Could not play videos which was the only reason to download the app in the first place!!

مش شغال لو مش قد التطبيقات بتعملوها ليش؟

تطبيق غبي ويحتاج تحسينات ومافي تجاوز للاهلان حتى بعد مايخلص الاعلان مافي طريقة تتجاوزه يعني عاملين التطبيق يخدم الاعلانات اكثر من انه يخدم المشاهد

Full of glitches and doesn’t work half of the time You basically cannot mirror to tv without problems Doesn’t seem that anyone gave it more than 5 minutes of design. Really bad app. In design and development and work

The videos aren’t working on IPhone

Hi, please fix the issue.. none of videos are loading and I have a good connection

When I try playing videos of show episodes it won’t let me and it says server failed or the format is not supported. I hope this issue is fixed soon because I really enjoy watching the shows they air especially during ramadan.

the app is not allowing me to add my photo to my profile account when I’m trying to continue after adding the pic it’s like hanging but in general it’s useful in every how.

بصراحة البرنامج فاشل جدا وخصوصا لما تحضر شي ويجيك اعلان. لا الاعلان بيجي على الشاشة كاملة ولا بتعرف تتخطاه. وبصير لازم تطلع من البرنامج كامل عشان ترجع مرة ثانية تحضر

بصراحة التطبيق مش شغال بالمرة و لا فيديو يفتح و لا حتى المباشر و بعلق بس تفتح اَي فيديو !!! ما اله داعي بصراحة

I just downloaded the app and submitted with new account and when I chose the show I love to see it nothing works????

The app is not allowing me to login or register or change my password.please fix it .

Forcing videos to be watched only from app is ok. But at least provide a cast feature!

It’s a weak app, and too stupid, yesterday work today no, u should find a good developer not a cheap one.

نزلت التطبيق عالآيفون للمشاركة في برنامج اخسر واربح وهيني الحمدلله شطبته قبل ما يخلص البرنامج، المفروض يشتغلو أكثر على الجانب التقني ، بتيجي بدك تشارك فيش أصلا كلمة شارك مغطية بالإعلانات والadds المقززة .. حتى بعد ما تخلص من الأدز برضو بتظل كبسة شارك مختفية تحت وبدك معجزة لحتى تكبسها.. بس بطل الكاونتداون يعد وانت مختار الإجابة بس مش قادر تكبس على "شارك"... بآخر المطاف صار عدد المشاركات صفر.. تجربة مريعة للمشاركة في المسابقة وتضييع وقت وحرق اعصاب بدون ما تتسجل الك اي مشاركة.. ومبدئيا مش مفكرة ارجع انزّل التطبيق.. المفروض قناة زي رؤيا ما يكون الجانب التقني الهم سيّء بهالشكل....
